Rachael is one of the Front Office Coordinators at Essence and one of the first friendly faces you’ll see when you visit our practice. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming experience for every patient and enjoys helping each person feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Before joining the Essence team, Rachael worked in a dermatology office, where she gained valuable experience in patient care and developed an appreciation for skin health. Prior to that, she worked as a professional dog trainer.
Outside of work, Rachael enjoys drawing and painting, a creative hobby that allows her to express her attention to detail and artistic eye. She is the youngest of five sisters and loves spending time with her Great Pyrenees mix, Ophelia, who keeps life full of adventure and plenty of tail wags.
